RP Series

Repairable pallet series (RP series) is our main product series with a combination of different technologies. The whole concept starts from a top deck made via blow molding to have better dynamic loading capacity and better impact resistance. By installing different modularized bottom skids and connector blocks, it can transform into a different type of pallet to meet the various requirements of operation.

Injection molding is another technical process in this series because of its rigid characteristics. We have connector block, base block, stringer and square bottom made through it to have better static load capacity.
The metal tube is smartly inserted underneath the top deck to meet the heavy-duty or racking requirement, assembled by our plastic pin made from a unique formula. It is safety and 100% repairable.
